The rooms are so beautifully done! I have stayed there often and love it. The beds are super comfortable...not to mention the amazing pillows and soft sheets. A lovely little sitting area outside to enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful hydrangea near every door.
Very cute room! So quaint and cozy. Decorated beautifully with such originality. (We were in room 4) Visits to Soldiers Grove will now be so much nicer than our last time when we stayed in a Boscobel motel.
Wow! This is a nicely appointed room. The decor is wonderful. My wife really liked the well crafted, whimsical stools, and the armadillo sculpture outside. She also commented on how nice the shower was! The room was very accessible for our son who uses a wheel chair. Will definitely book here when we return to the Kickapoo area! The Industrial archeologist in me is very impressed!
Wow! Firstly repurposing an old factory is awesome! All too often buildings are abandoned and wasted. Every single detail impressed me. The style, decor and unique rooms are amazing! Everything is bright and clean and very thoughtfully planned out. I appreciated all the touches to make us feel at home and make our stay perfect! I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend reserving your room and enjoying this beautiful inn!

We enjoyed our stay in Soldiers Grove at TWI. The room was very nicely laid out and the bed was great. The kitchenette is very nice considering there aren’t many food options in the town. We cooked breakfast each morning on the stove top with elk and bison steaks and eggs from the meat shop in town. The kitchen was also stocked with basic dishes and cookware (some salt and pepper would have been nice). Coffee pods, tea and oatmeal packs were also available with sugar and cream. Parking was super convenient and the keypad was easy to use. Management was easy to communicate with and checking in early was not a problem. I’d recommend this for anybody visiting the area or looking for a relaxing getaway.
Beautiful set up. We had the room with 1 bed and pull out for the kids. The kitchen was super useful and what we usually look for so we aren’t spending so much on food during a trip. We try to make some meals. Shower and bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels to use for all 4 of us. The space was clean which is what I really care about when looking for a place to stay with my family. About 15 min from Viroqua and a hour away from La Crosse. Went to fly fish but rain and hot temps cut our trip short.
We had a great stay! My children loved all the room decor. The kitchen was a luxury! Clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again!
